Ashley Lyons, from the East Coast, holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, and is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. During her health and fitness adventure she became a group fitness instructor qualified to teachSpin, TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit and Battle Ropes. Most of her love for being active came from running track, playing volleyball, and dancing. Ashley is passionate for people to live a healthier life. She helps clients create habits both mentally and physically. Being a former athlete, she says, "once you convince your mind, your body will follow".
