Adrianna Basin's background in health and fitness began when she started playing soccer at five years old. Her passion for living a wholly healthy lifestyle was ignited at the start of her college career, and it has and will continue to evolve every day. She uses a holistic wellness approach, and promotes working towards achieving a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Adrianna strives to invoke a deep sense of empowerment within each individual she teaches and/or trains. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Some of her favorite tools and methods include TRX training, functional movement training, HIIT circuit training, and resistance training.
