Zoë is a happy-go-lucky dancer, yoga instructor, writer and ocean lover. She's a West Coast transplant from Massachusetts by way of Missouri, and a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan. Zoë's goal each day is to empower her students and friends to live their strongest, healthiest, and happiest lives, one sweaty session at a time.
