Patience, skill, and motivation are just a few attributes Mia brings to her method of fitness training. After earning a B.S. degree in Sport Science from Pepperdine University, Mia continued her passion for health and fitness by becoming a certified AFAA/NASM Personal Trainer, Balanced Body Pilates instructor, and a TRX fitness coach. She designed and currently teaches the dynamic “Get on the Ball” class, which combines muscle strengthening and stretching, balance, and core stabilization, and Pilates Mat class. Mia offers private weightroom workouts as well as private Pilates Reformer sessions.
